Robert Ross
As a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and GISC., Bob supports and develops leaders, teams and organizations through transition, renewal, and growth. His services develop process awareness, inter-and intra-divisional and organizational collaboration, enhanced communication, individual and team empowerment and accountability. He has brought multiple industry sectors together with educators to foster communication collaboration and enhanced pathways and partnerships that support corporate and academic success. Services include coaching and consulting for team building, team alignment, strategic planning, implementing change effectively and creating responsible sustainable structures. His coaching practice is with senior executives in higher education, leaders of K-12 schools and non-profits and executives and managers in the finance, property investment and management, and life sciences sectors. Prior consulting work includes leading the Higher Education and Biotechnology Workforce Alignment project at the Massachusetts Biotechnology Education Foundation (MassBioEd). Dr. Ross also served as Executive Director of the New England College Council, a non-profit organization of associate degree granting institutions.
Drawing from his extensive executive experience in education, non-profit board leadership, consulting to educational institutions and non-profit organizations, coaching and mentoring of college and business executives, teachers, learners and emerging leaders, he offers a seasoned and down to earth approach to life and business. He works from the individual’s and organization’s strengths using an optimistic framework that is realistic and results oriented. He helps individuals and organizations become of aware of current limitations enabling them to stretch and develop a broader set of skills.
