William M. Palmer

William M. Palmer is President of William Palmer Consulting, Inc., founded in 1994 as a private practice specializing in organizational change and development. Mr. Palmer specializes in coaching of senior managers and in facilitation of senior management groups.

Mr. Palmer has served as the lead external consultant and coach for organizational change and development at the Ford Motor Company/ Jaguar Land Rover, done significant work at Ferrari/Maserati North America, and has wide experience in other industries such as Petrochemicals, Healthcare, Software Development, United States Military, Construction, Utilities, and Consumer Packaged Goods.


Mr. Palmer holds a BA from the University of Connecticut and has done graduate work at Connecticut College (1976), the International Institute for Sports Marketing (1983), a 2004 graduate of the Organizational Systems Development program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and a 2007 Graduate of the Gestalt Organizational System Development Group Intensive Program. He is a member of the Organizational Development Network.

Mr. Palmer was born in New York City, now lives in Florida, and has consulted both domestically and internationally, most notably in Saudi Arabia. His consulting focus links business results to corporate culture and process with attention to individual action, integrity and transformation.
