William Holt

William has been inspiring corporations and leaders since 1984. He founded the Meta-Institute in northern California in 1992 and led teams and executives from Chevron, Toyota, Bank of America, Bechtel and others. In his early career, he worked for Time and Life magazines in Chicago and Amsterdam as a systems analyst. Educationally, he has been a student of the human psyche for the past three decades doing graduate work in Sports and Motivational Psychology, Organizational Engineering, NLP, Coaching and Hypnotherapy.

He is a principal and co-founding partner of InterAction US. William collaborates with InterAction UK, their sister company, on major coaching projects for Unilever Corporation working with executives and teams in eleven different countries for the last four years. He and his business partner Ann McMaster have been working with BP

on a major coaching and training project for the last three years that has received acclaim as a Best Practices model worldwide. He is also working in Europe for a major financial services company delivering leadership skills and training to their top 3,000 executives. William focuses the organization on improving results-oriented behavior and their leaders' ability to motivate performance-related behavior. His insight into people, exceptional ability to listen, ability to sustain the bigger vision, and great sense of humor make him a highly popular trainer, facilitator and coach.
