Career
History:
Graduating with
a first at Cambridge, Jerry has become a specialist
in the fields of leadership and organisational change.
He has founded four organisations. He founded Bridge
as a consultancy that has become one of the leading
specialists in leadership and in sustaining transformative
change in organisations. He has also founded an innovative
coaching company, an international agency promoting
change in Africa and a UK charity that focuses on
developing young people.
Jerry has an MBA and has studied and written about
issues of leadership and culture. He has recently
published his first book “Why Work is Weird”
which explores the way in which organisational cultures
impact on their effectiveness.
